Finding Calm Amid the Energy! The Cool, Calm & Rich Chill Space at the High Vibe Women Event
Last weekend, I had the privilege of attending the High Vibe Women event in Kitchener, ON, and what a powerful experience it was! Surrounded by over 150 high-vibe women, all gathered with the same mission to elevate, inspire, and connect. And while the energy was inspiring, it can be a lot for those of us who are highly sensitive or more introverted. Sometimes, it takes just a little extra space to keep your vibes high in such an energetic setting. That’s why I was so thrilled to be asked by Kristina & Maria to build out the Cool, Calm & Rich Chill Space, a sanctuary within the event to offer a much-needed pause in the midst of it all.
The Chill Space was designed as a place to recharge, reflect, and just be. Networking, workshops, and high-energy conversations are exciting, but sometimes, you just need a moment to breathe, gather your thoughts, or enjoy a quiet conversation. The Chill Space was here to give you exactly that, a little oasis to find your center.
We set the scene with an "In the Clouds" theme to bring that light, dreamy calm, like being softly held in the midst of it all. The space was beautifully decorated with flowers, cloud-like installations, and grounding Reishi Hot Cocoa sponsored from Blume. Creating this experience was incredibly fulfilling, and I’m so proud to have brought a space of calm into such a vibrant setting. I can’t wait to bring this Chill Space to more events soon! Imagine a cozy, welcoming corner where you can unwind and recharge. That’s my vision for Cool, Calm & Rich.
